One of the linked notes references these metalink bugs:

4472338 (duplicate of the above 4466399)
4507532 (turned out to be a bad diagnosis, but the bug is real)
Granted, these were under, and I have to admit we have not looked (yet) to see how they are addressed in or Oddly, doing a metalink search on these numbers returns zero hits. Very odd.

it is done already - our thought was ASMM is responsible as I have
written earlier. I just want to get into some details by curiosity - so
I'll be thankful for metalink notes if it is not big trouble for You
